History of the KAVAJ GmbH
The founders are us, Kai Klement and Jörg Kundrath. Our joint studies welded us together and after successfully completing our studies in economics and business administration, Amazon was able to win us over as employees. Fascinated and involved in the processes of online retailing, our unsuccessful search for a suitable bag for a new iPad finally led us to think of our own bag brand.
We wanted to produce bags of high quality that would meet our customers' needs in terms of design and sophistication, that would not unnecessarily maximize the size of modern technical devices and that could be sold at a fair price-performance ratio.
The idea was born.
In the online trade we saw the chance to realize our independence and our brand KAVAJ was realized step by step - always with the focus to protect modern mobile devices in their high-quality design and still let the design apply.
Our claim and service
The bags should be ultra-thin, fashionable, user-friendly and made of very good material. And we succeeded. Just as strong and convincing as the KAVAJ bags should of course be the corresponding service.
Furthermore, pro-active customer service is truly lived and practiced - by effectively integrating concrete wishes and suggestions into ongoing developments and processes. Because we see taking quality management and customer needs seriously as a long-term success factor. KAVAJ thus lives a claim to be able to improve the individual protective covers directly on an ongoing basis and thus to really meet the customer's wishes.
